Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Five or more years of progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Healthcare recruitment experience strongly preferred
• Experience leading recruitment initiatives, sourcing strategies, and hiring processes
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of employment law and recruitment compliance
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruitment analytics
• A passion for connecting exceptional people with meaningful careers

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical, non-clinical, leadership, and hard-to-fill positions
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies
• Partner directly with organizational leaders to identify talent needs and hiring solutions
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing, candidate selection, and hiring best practices
• Analyze recruitment metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement
• Enhance our employer brand and candidate experience
• Lead recruitment marketing efforts, community outreach, networking events, and career fairs
• Supervise and develop Talent Acquisition team members
• Help position Big Bend Health and our service lines (Big Bend Hospice, Big Bend Palliative Care and Big Bend Home Health) as an employer of choice throughout our region
