Keswick is a not-for-profit aging services organization dedicated to improving the experience of aging, together. With over 140 years of expertise, we have become a trusted leader in providing compassionate services for older adults in our community. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage and coordinate organization-wide efforts to ensure that recruitment and retention programs are developed and managed using a data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements that align with strategic initiatives. This position will also conduct full-cycle recruitment to source the best talent for Keswick, as well as maintain effective programs for recruitment and retention. The TAM will collaborate with the leadership team across multiple departments to fill positions in a timely manner.
