Requirements

  • Recruiting leadership experience or readiness for your next step
  • A track record of hitting hiring goals
  • Interest or experience in analytics, dashboards, or BI tools
  • Comfort with digital recruiting and social media
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a builder mindset
  • ATS experience (UKG/Ultipro a plus)

Nice To Haves

  • Tableau experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of recruiters
  • Partner with leaders to meet hiring goals
  • Track recruiting metrics and spot opportunities to improve
  • Help evolve recruiting analytics (Tableau experience a plus)
  • Support recruitment marketing and digital sourcing efforts
  • Build relationships with community and workforce partners
