About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports full-cycle recruiting, hiring, and onboarding efforts across a wide range of business functions, including skilled trades, warehouse/operations, transportation/logistics, technical, and professional office roles. As part of the Employee Experience team, this role approaches recruitment differently than a traditional transactional HR function by focusing on relationship-building, partnership, candidate experience, and long-term team success — not just filling openings. This role acts as a partner to hiring managers and leadership to understand operational needs, workforce challenges, and team dynamics in order to attract and hire the right talent while providing thoughtful guidance and support throughout the process. The role is responsible for sourcing candidates, managing applicant pipelines, coordinating interviews, supporting onboarding efforts, and creating a positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams from first contact through onboarding. This position thrives in a collaborative, onsite, fast-paced environment where professionalism, confidentiality, adaptability, and a team-first mindset are essential.
