About The Position

Filoli is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to be the face of the organization, responsible for identifying, attracting, and nurturing a diverse and vibrant workforce. This role reports directly to the Chief People Officer and is crucial in building the future of a world-class cultural institution. The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts with creativity, data-driven strategy, and a focus on equity, collaborating with marketing on employer branding and with hiring managers on talent pipelines.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of HR/Recruitment experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Comfortable with ADP, Monday.com, and Google/Microsoft Suites.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to experiment with new technologies or sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the brand ambassador on LinkedIn and Glassdoor, co-creating content (videos, testimonials, adverts) that showcases the "Employee Value Proposition."
  • Hunt for both active and passive talent using social media, networking, and industry events, for roles ranging from seasonal staff to executive leadership.
  • Actively seek out underrepresented groups, ensuring the hiring process is structured to mitigate bias and foster racial equity.
  • Leverage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), referred to as "ADP," to track data, analyze trends, and deliver weekly dashboards to leadership.
  • Occasionally supervise projects with the HRIS & Payroll Specialist and support the CPO on high-level succession planning.
