About The Position

A Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, developing hiring strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience to attract and retain top talent.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment and supervision, with a proven track record in high-volume recruiting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), and familiarity with recruitment technologies and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Create effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization’s staffing needs and align with business goals.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
  • Employer Branding: Lead initiatives to enhance the company’s employer brand and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the skills and competencies required.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor recruiting personnel, providing guidance and support to achieve hiring objectives.
