About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Manager will partner with business leaders to develop and execute hiring strategies for leadership and Go-To-Market (GTM) roles. This role involves translating business priorities into proactive talent acquisition plans, conducting market mapping, and talent pipelining for critical roles. The manager will own the end-to-end recruitment process for North America-based roles, focusing on GTM and Leadership positions. Responsibilities include developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing recruitment workflows within ICIMS, tracking and reporting on hiring progress, and acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders. The role also involves co-leading recruitment operations through iCIMS, optimizing recruitment processes, and supporting the adoption of AI-powered recruiting tools to enhance pipeline quality, hiring speed, and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on GTM and leadership hiring
  • Proven experience recruiting across North America (U.S. and Canada)
  • Strong experience sourcing and closing passive candidates for complex roles
  • Experience working in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology organizations preferred
  • Experience with iCIMS or similar ATS preferred

Responsibilities

  • Track and report on hiring progress, pipeline health, and key recruiting metrics
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders
  • Provide insights on talent market trends, hiring challenges, and competitive positioning
  • Co-lead recruitment operations through iCIMS, ensuring data accuracy, reporting integrity, and workflow efficiency
  • Partner on optimizing recruitment processes, SLAs, and reporting to improve speed and quality of hire
  • Support the adoption of AI-powered recruiting tools (e.g., sourcing automation, talent intelligence platforms)
  • Leverage data and AI insights to improve pipeline quality, hiring speed, and conversion rates
