OPSPro specializes in providing small businesses and government contractors with compliance and operational support to include HR, Payroll, Accounting, Contracting, and IT. The Talent Acquisition Lead works jointly with all members of the recruiting department and oversees the sourcing, interviewing, and hiring process of all employees. This position will ensure the recruiting strategies used by the team are up to date and fluid. The Talent Acquisition position will provide advice to the employers on recruiting, interviewing, and improving brand awareness. This position will identify opportunities to build applicant pools, establish trust and solid partnerships with managers across the organization, identify potential candidates through effective interviewing and testing, effectively administer the interviewing and onboarding process, and ensure a positive new hire experience.
