Our Flour & Energy Materials business group is seeking to hire an experienced Chemical Manufacturing Talent Acquisition Lead to support our Regional Operations and hiring efforts. The lead will oversee the regions' recruiters, responsible for the end-to-end hiring process & activities. The lead will establish sourcing activities for the region, employer brand, academic relationships, referral programs, etc. As a Lead, you will demonstrate adherence to local laws, trends & market best practices. You will serve as the key point of contact for a Business Group and oversee internal mobility opportunities in the region across BG. The lead must cascade and implement Orbia's global policies and procedures, working closely with the Orbia TA head. The lead will be responsible for their own position hiring E2E.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or Management, or a related field.
  • 8 years and above proven experience with demonstrated success in leading the Talent Acquisition field, or an HR business partner who has proven experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience within a multinational or geographically dispersed organization
  • Must have talent acquisition experience and knowledge in the chemical industry (industrial/manufacturing)
  • Deep understanding and experience in full-cycle recruiting processes, talent acquisition best practices, and innovative sourcing strategies
  • Management experience, managing international teams while fostering a positive work environment
  • Internal solid understanding of business operations and the specific business group's objectives and industry
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements
  • Excellent ability to build strong relationships and influence senior business leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
