Gensler is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to help evolve how we build high-performing teams across the South Central region and firm. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of talent acquisition (TA), strategy, and operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about recruiting and creating a recruiting function that is highly effective and people centric. As a TA Lead, you will focus on sourcing and hiring the best architecture and design talent for the region. You’ll also assist with the design optimization and implementation of our end-to-end recruitment process. You will help drive the transformation of Talent Acquisition into a high impact, data-driven function that strategically enables the firm’s growth. You will partner closely with Human Resources (HR) and business leaders to bring structure, clarity, and accountability to the hiring process. You will create positive experiences for candidates, leaders, and hiring managers. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape how talent is identified, engaged, and brought into the firm - directly impacting team quality and business growth. This position will work collaboratively with the region’s TA and HR teams as well as regional leadership and will report to the Regional HR Director.
