About The Position

The Recruiting Intern will primarily provide support through email communication, and our recruiting/Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and attend video calls as needed. This internship provides practical exposure to the day-to-day operations of Talent Acquisition, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), candidate communication and engagement, interview coordination, recruiting administration, candidate sourcing and screening, professional email communication, recruitment workflow management, and exposure to full-cycle recruiting processes.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service, administrative support, office support, or a similar environment.
  • Strong written communication skills and professional email etiquette.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Confidence working independently after receiving instructions and training.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize assignments, and follow through on responsibilities.
  • Comfort learning and navigating online platforms and technology.
  • Strong judgment when handling professional and confidential information.
  • A positive, professional, and service-oriented approach when communicating with candidates.
  • An interest in recruiting, Human Resources, business, or professional services.
  • Independent. You are comfortable receiving an assignment, asking appropriate questions, and taking ownership of completing it.
  • Responsive. You understand that recruiting moves quickly and timely communication matters.
  • Organized. You can keep track of candidate communications, assignments, deadlines, and follow-up activities.
  • Professional. You understand that every email and interaction contributes to the candidate experience.

  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and eligible for full‑time employment on a W‑2 basis.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with candidate communications throughout the recruiting process.
  • Monitor and respond to recruiting-related emails using provided guidance and templates.
  • Review applications and assist with organizing candidate information within the recruiting platform.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and update applicant statuses within the ATS.
  • Assist with posting and maintaining open positions.
  • Conduct basic candidate searches and recruitment research as assigned.
  • Provide administrative support related to recruiting projects, reports, documentation, and hiring initiatives.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Follow established processes while recognizing when questions or concerns should be escalated.
  • Support additional Talent Acquisition and administrative projects as needed when onboarding hires.
