About The Position

Ameresco is excited to offer an internship opportunity for Talent Acquisition Intern based in Framingham, MA. As a TA Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience supporting the Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong relationship management, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct multi-media sourcing outreach and present information clearly.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and project support for the Talent Acquisition team.
Assist with sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews for open positions.
Support the management and posting of internship and job opportunities on Handshake and other campus recruitment platforms.
Participate in campus recruitment events and help develop outreach materials to attract emerging talent.
Update and maintain talent acquisition content on the HR intranet page.
Conduct research and gather data to support recruiting projects and strategies.
Assist with creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance recruitment process efficiency.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies and internal procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate information and uphold data integrity throughout the talent acquisition process.
Build positive relationships across departments and with internal stakeholders to facilitate recruitment efforts.
Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support talent acquisition.
