The Recruiting Consultant operates as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, leveraging market intelligence, data insights and a skills-based approach to shape forward-looking talent strategies. This individual expands diverse talent pipelines, anticipates workforce needs and delivers high-quality, timely hiring outcomes that align to enterprise priorities. The ideal candidate balances exceptional recruiting execution with modern, digitally enabled capabilities, including the use of AI and advanced sourcing strategies. They champion continuous improvement, drive innovation across the hiring lifecycle and elevate both candidate and hiring leader experiences through disciplined process excellence and consultative partnership. This role will be filled in a hybrid capacity, with collaboration taking place two days in the office. This role can be filled in our Columbus, OH, Scottsdale, AZ, or Des Moines, IA location. As a Recruiting Consultant, you’ll design and implement recruitment strategies, and conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing and screening top talent, developing and managing diverse talent pipelines and advising business partners on the hiring process from selection through offer.
