About The Position

Langan is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern or Co-op to join its collaborative Human Resources team in Parsippany, NJ. This individual will serve a key function in supporting Talent Acquisition reporting, compliance and program efforts as well as coordinating and assisting human resource partners in the recruiting process. In this role, you will have the opportunity to interface with human resources partners firm-wide to provide coordinative support that drives fulfillment of business objectives.

Requirements

Student actively pursuing Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or coursework relating to HR
Ability to work at least 25 hours/week
Prior work experience in an office environment
Strong interest in full life cycle recruitment process
High caliber of self-motivation
Superior interpersonal skills and positive demeanor
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently, remain flexible and handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Strong attention to detail and sound judgment capability
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

Coordinate job postings on the internal and external website
Conduct job posting compliance processes and ensure state, local, vocational/rehabilitation, veteran, and disability job posting sites and records are up-to-date
Assist with the management of the careers email inbox and candidate inquiries
Support manual reporting processes including data gathering, updating, and auditing
Support recruiters with reviewing resumes and sourcing candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, and Handshake
Schedule phone interviews and prepare offer letters
Assist and provide back-up to Talent Acquisition Specialists and Coordinators, as needed
Perform other duties as requested
