About The Position

Intellisense Systems, Inc. is a privately held company with a proven track record of developing and deploying innovative products that successfully operate in the most extreme environments. We are a fast-growing Southern California technology innovator that solves tough, mission-critical challenges for our customers in the aerospace, defense, and commercial markets. We design, develop, and manufacture advanced products for ground, maritime, and airborne applications. We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a unique dual-function role designed for a candidate looking to launch a career in both recruiting and human resources. You will be a "full-cycle" contributor: sourcing your own candidates, managing agency partnerships, and identifying administrative bottlenecks within our HR department. If you are a natural "fixer" who loves people and processes, this is the perfect place to grow. This critical, hands-on role is based in Torrance, CA, and is not a hybrid or remote position. We offer a fast-paced, high impact and stimulating work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development. Veterans welcome!
