About The Position

The Allied Solutions internship program is a robust and consistent internship program for juniors and seniors. The program will focus on learning and development as well as hands-on experience. The program will immerse the intern into a broad range of responsibilities, allowing you to execute projects within your area of professional interests. Interested applicants must be available during the 12-week program (May 17th – Aug. 6th, 2027). This is a full-time internship (40-hours per week) based at our headquarters in Carmel, IN. The Talent Acquisition and HRIS Intern will directly assist the HR Department with a wide range of projects related to HR with a focus on talent acquisition and HR systems. This may include coordination of efforts for the entire life cycle of recruitment, projects including employment branding, analytics and system efficiencies. In addition, the intern will perform other administrative tasks as needed. In this position, the intern will gain a better understanding of the role and gain hands on experience for them to be better prepared to work in Human Resources with a specific concentration of Talent Acquisition and HR Systems.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Ability to manage deadlines
Ability to multitask
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to prioritize

Responsibilities

Support HR project work and/or lead initiatives among cross-functional teams as assigned.
Understand employer branding and the employee value proposition to attract and retain talent.
Shadow a full-lifecycle recruiter on how to recruit and hire.
Gain an understanding of how Talent Acquisition partners with the business.
Learn business processes within Workday.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
