About The Position

Reva Medical LLC is seeking a mid-level Talent Acquisition HR Specialist (onsite, San Diego) to keep hiring moving smoothly and compliantly by managing full-cycle recruiting and core HR support. This full-time role includes Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, plus a 401(k) plan and Life Insurance. You’ll start onsite by checking requisition status, candidate responses, and interview calendars, then shift into quick syncs with hiring leaders to confirm priorities and timelines. Midday often includes focused sourcing time, phone screens, and keeping candidates informed on next steps. Between interviews, you’ll update the ATS/HRIS, confirm documents are ready for new hires, and ensure files are accurate and audit-ready. As questions come in, you’ll provide clear answers on policies and process, then wrap up by reviewing key metrics and planning tomorrow’s outreach and scheduling.

Requirements

Prior recruiter/talent acquisition experience (corporate or agency)
Hands-on ATS and HRIS proficiency
Strong communication skills
Strong organization and ability to manage multiple requisitions

Responsibilities

Run end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support
Partner with hiring leaders to clarify needs, job requirements, and hiring plans
Build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, resume databases, networking, and events
Coordinate onboarding paperwork/orientations and support offboarding steps
Maintain HRIS/ATS records, track metrics (turnover, time-to-hire), and prepare basic HR documentation
Serve as a point of contact for policy questions and support internal events
Ensure practices align with federal, state, and local labor requirements
