About The Position

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Associate to join a dynamic and collaborative team during an exciting period of growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine full-cycle recruiting expertise with hands-on exposure to core HR functions. Approximately 75% of your time will be dedicated to recruiting, while the remaining 25% will focus on HR operations, employee programs, onboarding, and HR initiatives that help create a positive and engaging workplace culture. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven success managing 8+ open requisitions simultaneously
  • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and shortlist development skills
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience with HRIS platforms
  • Knowledge of HR best practices across employee relations, talent management, onboarding, and compliance
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR and recruiting data
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional time management and prioritization abilities
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments and business functions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies and candidate profiles
  • Source top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking events, and strategic partnerships
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
  • Coordinate interviews and guide hiring teams through the selection process
  • Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Support diversity and inclusion recruiting initiatives
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide hiring insights to stakeholders
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Support HR data reporting and workforce analytics
  • Respond to employee questions and assist with employee relations matters
  • Contribute to performance management and talent development initiatives
  • Support HR compliance, policies, and documentation
  • Maintain employee records and HR system data integrity
  • Help drive programs that foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture
  • Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
