As a Talent Acquisition Expert within PNC's Human Resource organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA; Cleveland, OH; Chicago, IL or East Brunswick, NJ. This individual will serve as a strategic talent partner, leading hiring efforts for specialized Quantitative and Analytics talent across Data Modeling & Analytics (DMA), Technology, Risk and other LOBs as identified. Beyond delivering targeted hiring results, you will play a key role in shaping the enterprise's approach to Quantitative and Analytics talent. This includes developing strategic talent pipelines, providing market intelligence, and influencing role and talent decisions. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a line of business expert for talent acquisition activities.
  • Leads and executes the entire hiring cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, making offers, etc., for roles of significant complexity across multiple lines of business, business segments or disciplines and may extend to executive level offers.
  • Plays a critical role in proactive analysis of hiring forecasts, market trends and supply insights to link recruiting performance to key business outcomes.
  • Serves as talent acquisition subject matter expert in a larger human resources and business eco system, leading cross-functional meetings/projects as assigned.
  • Identifies the right stakeholders in the business unit to gain insight into hiring demand, complex talent needs, gaps, and skills.
  • Leads the TA/Business relationship for one or more businesses with a deep understanding of their business strategy, hiring forecast, and talent needs.
  • Manages stakeholder relationships, partners on key decisions, demonstrates critical thinking, and forms long term partnerships to sense emerging shifts in business needs.
  • Through these partnerships, proactively identifies gaps in business needs and variances between forecast and actual requisitions.
  • Supports business objectives by providing proactive and creative solutions, data, and processes for attracting and recruiting talent.
  • Plays a critical role in analyzing historical hiring trends and develops predictive models to link recruiting activities to key business outcomes.
  • May support workforce planning activities.
  • Reviews and updates hiring demand forecasts and supply insights.
  • Proactively designs sourcing strategies and solutions that attract and recruit passive talent that meet current and future business needs and talent strategies.
  • Researches and sources candidates for complex or niche roles through advanced search techniques and developing internal and external search strategies per position assignment.
  • Effectively builds and maintains candidate pipelines and market intelligence using CRM and related tools.
  • Presents and negotiates complex offers of employment to selected candidates that may extend up to executive career levels and to the contingent labor workforce.
  • Deeply understands the organization's employee value proposition as a tool to influence offer acceptance.
  • Demonstrates appropriate urgency, persistent and follow through with candidates and business partners.
  • Consistently reviews industry and global hiring trends and implements talent acquisition best practices including the utilization of new and emerging technologies.
  • Coaches others on the selection and usage of recruiting tools and serves as a mentor to other team members.
  • May be responsible for and lead other strategic projects as assigned to support one or more businesses or business segments in any and all areas of talent acquisition.
  • Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
  • Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
