About The Position

As a Talent Acquisition Director, you will operate as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior executives, translating business objectives into talent strategies that elevate organizational capability and strengthen competitive positioning. This is a senior level individual contributor role with significant influence, but no direct reports.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience within a talent acquisition or recruiting function, with a track record of operating as a strategic advisor to senior leaders rather than a purely execution-focused recruiter
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments (agency, consulting, tech, or professional services preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to design and scale recruiting processes, systems, and strategy in a growing organization
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with strong command of recruiting metrics and the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decisions
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday or similar) and a toolkit for measuring and reporting on recruiting performance

Nice To Haves

  • Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other marginalized folks tend to only apply when they check every box. So if you think you qualify, but don't necessarily meet every single point on the job description, please still get in touch.

  • Build and maintain a strong virtual bench of qualified talent, anticipating current and future hiring needs across the business units you support
  • Partner with business leaders to identify emerging capability gaps and shape talent strategies that support their teams' growth and success
  • Own recruiting metrics and reporting, using data on pipeline health, search progress, diversity, and channel effectiveness to guide decisions and communicate progress to stakeholders
  • Leverage the applicant tracking system (Workday or similar) and other recruiting tools to measure, track, and report on the status and success of talent acquisition initiatives
  • Interpret workforce and hiring data to inform recruiting strategy and ensure alignment with business outcomes and growth forecasts
  • Set the standard for functional excellence in talent acquisition, building comprehensive strategies that integrate sourcing, pipelining, employer branding, and onboarding into a single, cohesive approach
  • Develop, automate, and continuously improve recruiting processes and procedures, identifying opportunities to simplify and standardize how the organization hires
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including interview process mapping and gap analysis, to close workflow gaps across talent acquisition processes
  • Assist in the development of company and employee brand messaging, ensuring consistency across every recruiting touchpoint
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior executives, consistently delivering strategic value that earns lasting credibility beyond any single search or requisition
  • Drive enterprise-wide talent initiatives that elevate organizational capability and strengthen the company's position in a competitive talent market
  • Maintain an expert-level understanding of the business units you support
  • Proactively identify emerging trends in the talent market and develop innovative, scalable recruiting solutions that position the organization for future growth
