LifeWorks of Austin, TX is looking for a Talent Acquisition and Development Manager to join our Human Resources team! The Talent Acquisition & Development Manager is responsible for leading and executing a comprehensive talent strategy that supports the organization’s strategic plan and advances a high-quality Employee Experience across the full employee lifecycle. This role oversees talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains a high-performing and engaged workforce. With more than 50 years of experience working with youth experiencing homelessness, youth aging out of foster care, young adults, and young parents, LifeWorks is committed to solving youth homelessness through housing, mental health, education, and workforce services.
