The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is not simply scheduling interviews—this role orchestrates the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring speed, precision, and a level of care that reflects our brand. You will serve as a critical partner to recruiters, hiring leaders, and the VP of Talent Acquisition, enabling decision velocity, elevating candidate experience, and driving consistency across the recruiting lifecycle. This role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will bring structure where there is complexity, anticipate needs before they arise, and continuously improve how we work. This role is foundational to how Talent Acquisition shows up at Signet.
