About The Position

DuraServ is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage the operational backbone of a high-volume recruiting function. This role is crucial for ensuring precision, professionalism, and a high standard in all recruitment processes. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will administer job postings, coordinate interviews and candidate communications, manage pre-employment screening, maintain ATS data integrity, support career fairs and university partnerships, and collaborate with Corporate Communications to uphold the DuraServ employer brand. This is an on-site role at DuraServ Corporate in Coppell, TX.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources support is required.
  • 2+ years of administrative or coordination experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Working knowledge of ATS platforms and recruiting best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously, prioritize without being told, and keep processes on track without requiring oversight.
  • Ability to maintain clean data in an ATS and generate usable reports.
  • Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy, completeness, and currency in candidate records and data.
  • Professional communicator with candidates, hiring managers, HR partners, and external vendors.
  • Ability to handle confidential candidate and employee information with judgment and professionalism.
  • Collaborative team member who understands the dependency of TA Specialists on their coordination.

Nice To Haves

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience managing job postings across multiple platforms simultaneously (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Handshake).
  • Familiarity with pre-employment screening administration, background check processes, and compliance documentation.
  • Experience supporting career fairs or university/trade school recruiting partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage job postings and advertisements across all third-party recruitment platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Handshake, and others), ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and timely live status.
  • Source candidates for pipeline development and specific open roles, supporting TA Specialists with targeted outreach.
  • Maintain talent community boards and alumni networks for former employees.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and candidate travel arrangements.
  • Administer and analyze pre-employment paperwork and screenings, reviewing for accuracy and completeness.
  • Administer temporary employment arrangements, managing documentation and compliance.
  • Coordinate and attend career fairs and hiring events, maintaining and growing relationships with trade schools, universities, and external talent partners.
  • Maintain and distribute accurate TA reporting using the ATS, ensuring data is current and records are clean.
  • Partner with Corporate Communications to ensure a consistent employer brand voice across all candidate-facing communications.
