We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a fast-paced recruiting team for a leading aerospace organization. In this role, you'll be the central point of coordination for candidate interviews, onboarding activities, travel arrangements, and recruiting operations. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, talent acquisition support, or a related field.
Experience scheduling high-volume interviews and coordinating multiple calendars.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience maintaining confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably BrassRing.
Experience working with SAP or similar HRIS/business systems.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule a high volume of virtual, phone, and onsite interviews.
Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless interview experience.
Manage complex interview scheduling across multiple calendars and stakeholders.
Coordinate candidate travel logistics and process-related expense reimbursements.
Support new hire onboarding activities and HR administrative processes.
Prepare and distribute interview confirmations, candidate communications, onboarding materials, and evaluation forms.
Maintain accurate candidate and employee records within ATS and HR systems.
Utilize systems such as BrassRing, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite to support recruiting operations.
Assist with process improvement initiatives and special projects to enhance recruiting efficiency.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information.
