The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an early-career recruiting professional who supports full-cycle hiring across both corporate and field roles. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in Talent Acquisition and gain hands-on exposure to sourcing, interviewing, candidate experience, and hiring operations. The Coordinator partners with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and hiring managers to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive hiring process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, coordination, or administrative support
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Clear, confident communicator who can represent and sell the company to candidates
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can manage multiple priorities
  • Brings urgency, ownership, and a team-first mindset
  • Interested in building a long-term career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (e.g., Paycom)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and Microsoft tools (Teams, Outlook Bookings) to support sourcing and scheduling

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial resume reviews, phone screens and virtual interviews earlier in career positions.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple hiring managers and departments
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience
  • Support sourcing efforts using AI-powered tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal talent systems to identify and engage top talent
  • Assist with job posting creation and updates in the applicant tracking system
  • Track candidate progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in recruiting systems
  • Prepare interview materials and coordinate interview feedback collection
  • Support background check and offer process coordination
  • Support hiring managers with interview scheduling, logistics, and candidate communications
  • Help ensure hiring processes are followed consistently and efficiently
  • Assist with gathering hiring data and reporting on recruiting activity
  • Support recruiting initiatives such as internship programs, hiring events, and process improvements
  • Assist with documentation, templates, and best practices used across the Talent Acquisition function
  • Participate in employer brand and candidate experience initiatives as needed
