About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the full recruiting lifecycle and help deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. This role serves as a key partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates by coordinating interviews, onboarding activities, pre-employment requirements, and recruitment administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate scheduling, onboarding, and pre-employment processes.
  • Working knowledge of recruiting policies, procedures, and employment compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Only candidates within a 50 mile radius will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team members to support an efficient, compliant, and candidate-focused hiring process.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
  • Arrange candidate travel and process related reimbursement requests when required.
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Facilitate onboarding activities, including new hire paperwork and employment verification requirements.
  • Review recruitment and onboarding documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Coordinate and track pre-employment requirements, including drug screenings, physicals, and background checks.
  • Conduct new hire orientation sessions as assigned.
  • Maintain recruiting and employment records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with employment testing and other talent acquisition initiatives as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
