We're looking for a detail-obsessed Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. You'll be the operational backbone of our hiring process — keeping candidates, interviewers, and Talent Acquisition Partners aligned from first contact to offer. Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS), you know how to navigate it confidently and keep data clean.
  • Exceptional attention to detail: you identify areas of opportunity and take ownership of getting things right.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple open roles and competing priorities without dropping the ball.
  • Clear, professional communication — both written and verbal — that leaves candidates and stakeholders feeling informed and valued.
  • A genuine desire to grow in talent acquisition and a curiosity about the full recruiting lifecycle.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in a coordinating, administrative, or People support role.
  • Must be based in Miami, onsite five days a week

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing complex, multi-timezone scheduling for busy interviewers or teams.
  • Prior exposure to coordinating with senior leadership or executives. Comfort navigating their calendars and communication preferences.
  • Familiarity with recruiting metrics, sourcing tools, or HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own interview scheduling end-to-end, coordinating across candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers with precision and professionalism.
  • Manage requisitions, candidate records, and pipeline activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy at every stage.
  • Serve as a warm, responsive point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to support high-volume hiring across multiple departments.
  • Prepare offer letters, background check initiations, and onboarding handoff materials.
  • Identify and flag process inefficiencies, contributing ideas to improve the candidate and hiring team experience.
  • Coordinate logistics for recruiting events, career fairs, and sourcing campaigns as needed.
