As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator joining the People & Culture Department, you will play a key role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating hiring activities and managing the administrative operations of the recruitment process. You will assist with resume screening, interview scheduling, and role administration to ensure a smooth and organized experience for the team, hiring managers, and candidates. Your focus will of responsibilities will be: Domain: Own the operational and administrative layer of the recruitment process, from resume screening and interview coordination to ATS maintenance and inbox management, keeping hiring workflows organized, accurate, and compliant across all active markets. Client: Contribute to inclusive hiring by maintaining candidate records consistently, reviewing postings for exclusionary language, and ensuring every applicant receives equitable, professional communication. People: Support the hiring team through interview coordination, scheduling, and maintaining role content, hiring materials, and training resources.
