They will serve as a consistent point of contact for candidates, providing clear communication, answering logistical questions, and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism. The role requires anticipating candidate needs, verifying interview instructions, and resolving last-minute issues with sound judgment, escalating when additional support is needed. Additionally, the coordinator will manage the onsite interview experience in Durham, welcoming candidates and partnering with interviewers to ensure a smooth visit. Maintaining accurate candidate information and interview scheduling status in GoodTime, and proactively following up on outstanding actions are key.
