Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required.
  • One or more year(s) of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Exposure to an applicant tracking system, including user access, job postings, reporting, troubleshooting, and data integrity support.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills, with the ability to organize recurring talent acquisition data, identify trends, and prepare clear summaries for leaders and HR partners.
  • Strong attention to detail with experience maintaining accurate data, auditing inputs, and following established process requirements.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to troubleshoot system questions, explain process expectations clearly, and support field leaders with urgency, patience, and professionalism.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
  • Ability to build relationships through phone, email, text, and in-person interactions while providing timely candidate and manager support.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting recruitment marketing, employer brand content, career fairs, job boards, or employer review platforms such as Indeed and Glassdoor preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the execution of ENPHG’s hourly recruitment process, ensuring field leaders have the tools, systems, and support needed to hire effectively.
  • Provides operational support across talent acquisition systems, job postings, recruitment reporting, background check administration, recruitment marketing, and candidate experience.
  • Partners with vendors and internal teams to resolve system issues.
  • Supports a consistent employer brand and recruiting events and career fairs.
  • Delivers consistent, timely, and brand-aligned experience for candidates and field leaders.
