Work under limited supervision supporting the recruitment function of the Talent Acquisition team by providing coordination and administrative support for the pre-employment and onboarding processes. Strong collaboration with extended human resources team, hiring leaders, recruiters, business units and vendors on pre-employment procedures including not limited to running drug/alcohol testing and background checks, motor vehicle report (MVR), data management, and consistent communication throughout the pre-boarding to onboarding process. Facilitate the onboarding process for all company positions. Exhibiting and teaching the Blattner purpose, basics, and values to ensure successful integration into the organization. Providing a world-class employee onboarding and learning experience that will empower our employees in Leading America to a Clean Energy Future.
