We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator! The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in helping us attract great people and deliver a standout candidate experience. This role supports recruiting efforts across the organization by coordinating hiring activities, building talent pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring managers and the HR team. The TA Coordinator also supports employer branding, recruitment partnerships, and onboarding, helping bring our culture and Swagger to life at every stage of the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, HR, or other equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for recruiting events and branch visits.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Must be able to obtain coverage through the company’s auto insurance carrier according to the company Driver Safety Policy.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience sourcing and engaging candidates, and supporting hiring efforts across multiple roles or departments preferred.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and basic recruiting metrics; ability to learn and use data to support process improvements strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruitment for open roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and assist with designing tailored recruiting strategies that align with business goals.
  • Assist in utilizing recruitment tools and channels (job boards, agency partnerships, proactive sourcing, targeted advertising, etc.) to support role-specific hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for high-growth and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Manage job postings, candidate communications, and ATS workflows to ensure accuracy and a positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct market research to assess talent availability and identify opportunities in new or evolving markets.
  • Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and third-party partners.
  • Support relationships with community partners such as local chambers, CESA partnerships, technical colleges, and other networks to strengthen outreach and talent pipelines.
  • Coordinate and support partnerships with recruitment platforms (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn).
  • Coordinate the background check process to ensure compliance and timely results.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts, including promoting the company’s Swagger and culture.
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics to support trend analysis and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the HR Assistant on onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to team member and serve as backup for new hire orientation as needed.
  • Travel occasionally to recruitment events and new branch locations to support hiring efforts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, including supporting or serving as backup to other HR team members.
