The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will partner directly with all members of the Talent Acquisition team, candidates, HR, and hiring managers to facilitate and support the hiring, pre-employment, and onboarding processes. This role will own the post-offer process with future employees, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee. Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage vendor relationships, pre-screens, background checks, referral tracking, and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.
