About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition team by managing recruitment processes and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application through onboarding. This role involves coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment systems, and assisting with new hire pre-boarding activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in Talent Acquisition or recruiting coordination is a plus.
  • Experience with ATS systems (e.g., iCIMS, Ultipro).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and auditing reports.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and feedback collection.
  • Communicate with candidates and hiring managers regarding interview schedules and provide necessary details to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain and update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate records accurately and promptly.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Prepare offer letters, verify documentation for elgibility checks, and coordinate new hire orientations.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness of hiring strategies.
  • Support bulk hiring initiatives across departments.
  • Monitor the Talent Acquisition inbox, including right-to-represent and rehire eligibility requests.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
