Talent Acquisition Consultant, Specialist at Vanguard. Requirements

• Three years related work experience, with at least One year of Recruiting experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports all activities for the entire recruiting cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking and extending offers.
• Represents the organization at job fairs to promote the organization to potential candidates.
• Responds to inquiries about the organization's recruitment activities and status of job vacancies.
• Contacts candidates, schedules interviews and develops interview questions with hiring managers.
• Prepares job offer materials in accordance with the job specifications.
• Researches and sources candidates through advanced search techniques.
• Generates recruitment reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing recruiting data and trends.
• Develops recruiting processes and practices that support the goals and direction of the department.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
