This role combines full-cycle recruiting with community outreach and workforce partnership development to strengthen the company’s presence as an employer of choice. This position serves as a key ambassador for the company by building relationships with trade schools, workforce development organizations, community groups, staffing partners, and local agencies to create sustainable hiring pipelines and support long-term workforce needs.
