Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously
Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Proactive and resourceful—you figure things out and flag blockers early
Genuine interest in talent acquisition and people operations
English: Professional proficiency required
This is a co-op position through Northeastern University's cooperative education program; candidates must be enrolled Northeastern co-op students eligible for co-op credit.

Responsibilities

Own interview coordination as a top priority—scheduling across candidates, hiring managers, and panels to ensure a seamless experience end to end
Support co-op recruiting for the next cycle, managing a high-volume applicant funnel from screening through offer
Provide a welcoming onsite experience for candidates, including greeting, logistics coordination, and real-time support during interview days
Contribute to TA projects focused on process improvement, candidate engagement, and employer branding
Partner with recruiters to maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline reporting in our ATS
