Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Talent Acquisition genuinely excites you - you love meeting people, building relationships and creating great candidate experiences
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to the details and know how to manage your time effectively
  • Confident using MS Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Thrive in collaborative environments and bring a positive, customer-focused approach to everything you do
  • Eager to represent our organization at career fairs and recruitment events
  • Travel is a regular part of the role, and some events may take place during evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates and hiring leaders
  • Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Support candidate communications and monitor shared inboxes
  • Prepare and track onboarding documents
  • Assist with e-recruitment file organization and compliance tracking
  • Conduct and document reference checks
  • Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records
  • Assist with the coordination of Recruitment Essentials training for hiring leaders
  • Prepare materials, manage attendance, and gather feedback
  • Attend career related events as required
  • Support planning and execution of career fairs and recruitment events
  • Engage with candidates and assist with post-event follow-ups
