About The Position

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner on the Talent Acquisition Operations team, you will partner closely with the business and cross-functional partners to identify, evaluate, and hire top talent that aligns with our organizational goals. You will leverage your expertise in recruitment strategies and market insights to attract high-quality candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring process. Your ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively will be key to driving our talent acquisition efforts and fostering a culture of excellence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Performs work under general supervision.
  • Handles moderately complex issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.
  • May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.

Responsibilities

  • Develops recruitment strategies that enable the identification, evaluation, and hiring of top talent.
  • Consults with hiring managers to understand roles to be filled and profiles of ideal candidates.
  • Sources, interviews, and assesses candidates' education, experience, training, and other qualifications.
  • Develops interview plans that support hiring teams to evaluate talent in an effective, fair, and engaging manner.
  • Schedules interviews and coordinates interviewers or panels.
  • Tests and scores applicants and gathers feedback from other interviewers.
  • Verifies employment eligibility, gathers necessary paperwork, and performs reference and background checks.
  • Informs candidates of job duties, responsibilities, work schedules, compensation and benefits packages, and career advancement opportunities.
  • Prepares and extends job offers.
  • Notifies applicants of rejection in a timely manner.
  • Actively support the achievement of SCAN’s Vision and Goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.
