About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned roles. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. The TABP will collaborate with business leaders to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and ensure alignment on candidate selection criteria. They will also assist in forecasting hiring needs and executing recruiting plans to support business objectives across designated locations. Building and maintaining candidate pipelines through various sourcing strategies, community partnerships, social media, and attendance at hiring events and job fairs is a key aspect of this role. Consistent communication with hiring managers and candidates is essential to ensure an efficient and positive recruitment experience. The TABP will utilize ATS systems (ICIMS) to manage requisitions, track candidate activity, and maintain accurate records. They will also track key hiring metrics and ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and Affirmative Action requirements. Additionally, the TABP will provide input on process improvements, participate in TABP collaboration, and support hiring manager training initiatives to enhance recruiting effectiveness. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or certification equivalent in a related field of study
  • 4-7+ years of experience
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.
  • Knowledge of employment regulations with the DOL, EEOC and OFCCP.
  • Experience in mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources.
  • Ability to support an assigned geographic territory with a high level of responsiveness.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 20-40% for hiring events, site visits, and stakeholder meetings.

Nice To Haves

  • 2-4 year experience in a technical or related field preferred.
  • HR Certification (SHRM-CP, PHR)
  • Experience with iCIMS.
