About The Position

Givzey is a rapidly growing technology company focused on the nonprofit sector, aiming to increase generosity through AI-powered donor engagement. Their core innovation is Version2.ai, featuring Virtual Engagement Officers (VEOs) that autonomously manage donor relationships and generate revenue. Givzey's platform has already facilitated over $10M in donations. They also offer a Gift Agreement Platform to streamline the multi-year giving process. This role is for a Talent Acquisition and Human Resource Specialist to support Givzey's expanding team. The position will concentrate on recruitment, employee experience, and HR operations, with the goal of attracting top talent and fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture. The specialist will collaborate with leadership and employees across the company and will be instrumental in supporting the organization's remote and distributed workforce during its scaling phase.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or talent operations
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and excellent judgment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HRIS or ATS platforms (e.g., Gusto, Breezy HR) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support recruiting efforts across the organization
  • Manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and feedback collection
  • Assist with sourcing candidates and maintaining our applicant tracking system
  • Help ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
  • Coordinate onboarding to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
  • Assist managers with successful new hire integration
  • Support HR processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with benefits enrollment and employee questions
  • Support HR operations for a distributed workforce, including multi-state registrations and compliance
