The Boeing Company’s Global Talent, Development and Employee Experience (GTD&EE) organization has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join the Global Talent Acquisition team. Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including experienced and senior analysts to find the best fit for the position. In this role you’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and enhancing talent acquisition strategies, processes, tools/technology and practices globally. This includes building relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, conducting market research, and analyzing talent acquisition metrics to identify trends, best practices and data-driven insights to help influence decisions. The ideal candidate possesses experience in full lifecycle recruiting and has utilized an applicant tracking system (ATS). This role is responsible for ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations, as well as providing training and support on talent acquisition tools and processes.
