About The Position

California Pizza Kitchen is hiring a Take-Out Specialist to help create memorable guest experiences in a dynamic restaurant environment. Take-Out Specialists maintain detailed knowledge of menu items and packaging; take walk-in and phone orders; coordinate with third-party delivery companies; and facilitate online orders. They collect payments, provide accurate pickup estimates, prepare orders for pickup, and monitor the designated curbside area for guests arriving by car. The posted pay range is $16.90 per hour. Tips are available to this position. Benefits may be available if coverage requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed knowledge of new and existing menu items and their packaging.
• Take guests’ walk-in and phone orders.
• Partner with third-party delivery companies.
• Facilitate online orders.
• Collect payment and provide accurate order quote times.
• Prepare orders for pickup.
• Monitor the designated curbside area for guests arriving by automobile.
• Prioritize guest service and contribute to a memorable dining experience.
• Work as part of a team and follow the CPK High 5 service standards.
