About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Tactical Security Officer to join their team. This role requires a keen sense of observation, the ability to anticipate risk, and physical stamina for patrolling various environments. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining security and safety in assigned areas.

Requirements

• Must have a Valid Driver's License
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• You have a state license if required

Nice To Haves

• First aid certification is an asset
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
