About The Position

Ready to suit up as a Tactical Security Guard. What matters most in a role like this is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk and act accordingly. Your keen sense of observation and strong social skills are your greatest strengths. As a Tactical Security Guard, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, security facility centers, etc.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in Canada.
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
• Valid First Aid and CPR Certification (WSIB approved).
• Valid Ontario Driver's license with clean driver's abstract.
• Minimum 1 year of tactical experience (mandatory)
• Completion of a Police Foundations diploma, or Police experience, or Canadian military experience, or Certified Protection Officer (CPO) certificate (or willingness to obtain one)

Responsibilities

• Patrol parking facilities in Downtown Toronto.
• Respond to incidents and de-escalate situations.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist the public.
• Support individuals in need with professionalism and respect.
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols to maintain a visible security presence.
• Respond to medical and emergency situations until emergency services arrive.
• Complete accurate incident reports and communicate key details.
• Work closely with emergency services and site management when required.
