About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Tactical Security Ambassador with a flexible schedule. This role requires individuals who can observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at their assigned location. The position involves working both indoors and outdoors in variable environments, providing rapid response in critical situations, and documenting incidents and actions taken. The ideal candidate will be adept at enforcing customer procedures, regulations, and standards, patrolling sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity, and reacting quickly to threats or incidents. Responsibilities also include detaining and searching individuals, responding to alarms, conducting on-site checks, and collaborating with law enforcement during serious incidents to ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Requirements

State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings.
Provide documentation of HS Diploma or GED.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
At least five years of security experience.
21+ years of age.
Baton permit.
OC spray permit.
Handcuff permit.
Willing to commute to various sites in Silicon Valley.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Nice To Haves

First aid certification is an asset.
Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience.
