  • Experience applying structured analytic standards, including familiarity with ICD 203 and 206.
  • Strong understanding of commercial imagery capabilities, operational timelines, decision support requirements, and mission tradeoffs.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills, including the ability to brief senior military and civilian stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated self-starter capable of independent execution in high-tempo environments.
  • You use modern AI tools with judgment: integrating them into workflows where they're impactful, reviewing their outputs, and handling proprietary or sensitive data responsibly.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience and familiarity with the Joint Planning Process (JPP).
  • Industry standard GEOINT Certification or imagery analyst training/accreditation from NGA.
  • Familiarity with USSPACECOM, the U.S. Space Force, and their component relationships.

  • All-Source Intelligence certification from DIA or ODNI.
  • Experience working in joint and interagency environments including operation centers across multiple levels of government.
  • Experience supporting simultaneous real-world operations and large-scale exercises.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and final quality review of complex or high-priority TacSRT OPPs.
  • Provide operational oversight and mentorship to TacSRT Operators.
  • Support validation and refinement of incoming TacSRT requests to ensure feasibility and operational impact.
  • Advise JCO TacSRT leadership on task prioritization, capacity management, and surge planning.
  • Interface directly with CCMD and Space Component stakeholders as required.
  • Support standardization of workflows, quality control criteria, and best practices across TacSRT operations.
  • Contribute to training development, onboarding, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Support real-world operations and exercises concurrently, as mission demands require.
