About The Position

B3H is seeking a TACP Intel contractor to support the AOC RC at Hurlburt Field, Florida, in delivering joint theater environments, scenario generation, and exercise control for operational C2 warfighter training. The role supports the 505 CCW Det 1 Mission Command Training Program (MCTP) and AFI 10-251 directives by developing and maintaining operational- and tactical-level intelligence integration, target collection processes, and strategic planning and execution products. The contractor leads intelligence integration and planning for Det 1, developing intelligence functions for major MCTP events and articulating operational and tactical intelligence guidance synchronized with the Air Operations Directive. The role coordinates with the AOC/ISRD, CFACC, CFC, Army and Air Force planners, and joint exercise planners to integrate collection and targeting plans across five major MCTP WFX events each year. It also supports collection planning, observes and trains Army and Air Force intelligence teams, and may serve as the unit leader for Air Force intelligence functions supporting multi-echelon training audiences. During exercise planning and execution, the contractor contributes to scenario development, reviews operation order annexes, advises on doctrinally accurate airpower intelligence integration, and updates air component products as needed. The role represents Det 1 and the Air Component/AOC/ISRD at conferences and joint boards, provides guidance on joint and air planning processes to senior Army and Air Force leaders, and communicates airpower capabilities, constraints, effects, and intelligence contributions to senior leaders and training audiences. Regular interaction with General Officers is required. Forward positioning with a training audience may be required during event execution.
