About The Position

This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of products through the production process and ensure proper ingredients/supplies are used on the line. Responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed and notifying the supervisor if machines should require maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only. Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner.

Requirements

Must have been in their current position 90 days to demote or transfer to another shift or line.
Must have been in their current position 90 days to promote.
No more than four (4) attendance points at the time of job posting.
No written warning at the time of job posting within the last six (6) months.
No suspensions at the time of job posting within the last six (6) months.

Responsibilities

Operate the sheeter machine in the Corn department.
Fill out various log sheets.
Follow all Tyson safety rules.
Monitor the sheeter, make adjustments as needed, and report any issue to the supervisor or lead.
