About The Position
KBP Bells is hiring a Taco Bell Team Member for a fast-paced restaurant environment. No experience is required; the employer provides training for people who bring energy and a willingness to learn. The role offers opportunities to grow within KBP, a restaurant franchise group with more than 1,000 restaurants across more than 30 states. The position requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to work actively in a restaurant, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment. Expected starting compensation is $16.00–$18.00 per hour. Actual compensation varies based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law, and will be discussed during hiring.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- No experience required; customer service or restaurant experience is a plus.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment.
